My story

As a child I was fascinated by handball and volleyball, without being able to decide between them, I played both for a long time, but I did not pursue a career in this field.

I was always thin and without much shape, after my first pregnancy, I thought that I would recover without much effort and that I would finally have a woman's body, not a child's, as I was used to. But I was wrong, the recovery was difficult, I applied drastic diets and excessive sports.

I've tried just about everything from Zumba to skipping, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), crunches, jogging - just to name a few. I had completed tons of workout videos on YouTube and knew almost every fitness influencer out there, but I still wasn't happy with the results. at the same time I joined a gym near me and got to know Body Pump, there was a lot of hype around it at that time in Germany. I loved it, weight training that works the whole body and satisfies you physically and mentally. After a good few months it started to bore me, it no longer had the same effect for me, I wasn't progressing as at the beginning, nothing new was appearing even though the exercises were changing between them, I had no way to grow, how to focus on the areas more important parts of the body.

But it helped me discover my interest and passion for fitness and opened my journey as a trainer and pioneer of my own fitness program "GLUTS".

…is what I wanted to find when I started this journey to a better version of myself, but without trial and error. From my own experience, I can tell you that I noticed the most noticeable changes in my body through strength training combined with a balanced diet.

It's great to fall back in love with your body and what it's capable of doing through fitness. All this made me feel very comfortable in my own skin. This was the starting signal for me, from where I turned my passion into a calling and for which I chose to bring this knowledge to other women in search.

My Qualifications

I like to always learn, to evolve, to learn as much as possible about my field of activity, that's why I completed many courses in Germany and beyond. The last completed Health Coach course, it never ends, this is about Medletics Academy who have me for life in their program and I always get the latest information/contact with my mentor from the program.

The GLUTS Studio

The studio is a Boutique type, specially designed for women, where we find as services: GLUTS training classes, Personal Training, Nutrition and Health Coach.

Here we focus on quality, not quantity.

The type of training is an optimal combination of strength training, with weights and your own body, Pilates, Functional Training and Body building.

The workout plan is designed for us women and we focus on three important areas: glutes/legs, posture and abs, but we always engage the whole body in a workout.

The Studio equipment is specific to training, we use barbells, dumbbells of various sizes, machines, bands, kettlebells, stability equipment and cables.

At GLUTS, we believe that the best performing exercise machine is our body, we admire it, respect it and learn to work optimally with it.

We have created here a non-intimidating setting where you can come to training with love, where you feel good, you can focus on yourself and your body for an hour and leave satisfied with what you have achieved today.
