I love working with women! We are so different, special, with mannerisms and a multitude of ideas. But when it comes to our body, we all want to be toned, to have beautiful shapes, to be sexy, to be confident in ourselves in any situation and to feel good in our own skin. It may seem like a lot to say, but all this can be achieved if you work with your body, if you take care of your food plan and if you allow your body to realize what it is capable of doing. Through a training specially designed in this direction, a Nutrition plan adapted to your needs and a different kind of mind-set, a lot is possible.
I want to convey this to you, I want to accompany and inspire you on your journey to respect your body more and learn to work with it and not against it. In the past, and to some extent still today, it was believed that women should spend their time on the treadmill and that there was no other solution than cardio to sculpt the body. Fortunately, we are learning more and more about the benefits of weight training and how important it is for us women to train this way too. Don't worry when you hear about weights, we will start with exercises with your own body weight, in the next workout we will add some weight to the exercise and continue like this step by step. We will slowly increase the reps, then increase the sets, decrease the tempo of the exercise, then increase the weight again and start again. It is a process that occurs gradually to give the body enough time to adapt.
The principle of the GLUTS training program derives from the combination of my own experiences, my trainer courses and continuous periodic training, which I have successfully carried out since the beginning of my fitness career, taking into account and in relation to the possibilities and wishes of my clients. Despite what you may have heard and believed about strength training, I have to disprove the notion that you will get a bulky, masculine body if you train with weights! We women "thank god" lack the testosterone we need to grow in muscle mass like men.

Cardiovascular exercise is important and trains our most important muscle, the "heart", but it is not the primary factor in everything. Today we know that the most beautiful women in the world do a combination of weight training including martial arts and/or kickboxing to keep fit and beautiful. Size zero is no longer an ideal.
For us women, it's important to feel sexy and comfortable in our own body! And for that it is necessary to work with our body, to leave the comfort zone, to overcome certain fears and perhaps to practice something new. After all, what do you have to lose?
